Where to start I dont know writing a review is not enough to mention or to thank Dr. Bala sir and all the members of Vet Pulse.
Actually they are not in a business to earn money. They are in the mission to help all the pet parents. Specially Dr. Bala Sir knows the value of a pet he treat each and every pet as his own.
I took my Tipsey ( dr. Says Tipsy Rani )
😁 she was treated wrong by a dr. Previously and I openly say please dont go to other vet service as they will just swipe your head out with a bill with 0 result and wrong treatment, she was on steriods annal bleading was not stopping for 2 weeks, she was severely infected inside, had severe annal gland infection and with that she was on Wrong medication caused liver function problem which was totally unknown to me...
And suddenly I wad added in a group named VET PULSE i just opened my whatsapp and saw, the clinic is owned by Dr. Bala, thats where I stopped crying.. And I knew I found the Angel of four paws... I rushed to him immediately, as I heard alot about him.
He took 1 hour to listen all my problems. And told me to do the blood test got to know that she is Having liver problem. Skin problem. Her treatment is still going on. He is helping in all possible way always picking up call answering quickly.
She is well now, resting and having food on time. It seems she is recovering
He is not a doctor only, he has come like a guardian Angel to my tipsey.
When god solely cant come he sends someone to help you, and thats Dr. Bala is

Dr. Newton Bala and his staff are very cooperative. I have a reactive dog but they handle him with lot of patience every time I visit there for vaccinations or treatment.

I have been meaning to wait this for a while.
Dr Bala, who operated on my indie pet Machu for the purposes of neutering/castration in October 2024, no doubt did a very clinical job in the right sense of the term. The surgery time and the recovery time was almost exact as he had predicted, and my pet had totally recovered by the next morning. He is not a med-friendly pet so I was unsure about the healing process but there too, Dr Bala's assurance helped. The entire process and the follow up procedure left no room for doubts. I am glad that he was the one who did the surgery. He is a young doctor and I wish him all the best for hi future so that he can continue to provide medical and humane care to the lovely animals we see as our own blood.

I don't know what to say, Dr. Bala is like god to me... My son Tuffy, aged 11months was diagnosed Babesia positive, the name babesia is enough to scare a pet parent, same happened with me too. Dr. Bala gave him medications for 15 days, on 16 days again blood test happened and the devil was gone, it was negative this time.. I somehow found this clinic from Google and I am happy I did that.. All the other helping hands in the clinic are also extremely polite and helpful. Thank you so much DOCTOR...

Dr Bala was recommended by a common friend as our beloved Mixi was bleeding profusely while urinating. When we took Mixi to him, he suspected either bladder stones or UTI even before diagnostic test reports were done. Once we received the reports, his diagnosis came out absolutely correct as she had multiple stones (really big ones)in her urinary bladder which caused the bleeding. Without wasting any time, he did an emergency surgery and when we saw the stones, we were completely shocked as they were as big as pebbles. Her post surgical recovery was excellent as the stitches (in picture) are barely visible. Mixi was up and running in less than a week and has fully recovered in less than a month. We can't thank him enough for taking care of our beloved Mixi. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Bala to all pet parents/ pet lovers who are looking for a good vet for their babies.

My babies have had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Newton Bala, and I cannot recommend him enough for his exceptional care and patience. I have two indie cats, Skardu (a 6-year-old male) and Honey (a 1.5-year-old female, recently adopted).
Skardu was in a critical state when I first brought him to Dr. Bala. He was suffering from liver and skin issues, and it was quite concerning. However, Dr. Bala's prompt and accurate diagnosis, along with his effective treatment plan, worked wonders. In just about a month's time, Skardu made a full recovery and is now thriving.

Those who have pets only they understand to which corner of their heart their furry children belong to. But the most sensitive issue is as they can not speak they are unable to share if they face any physical problem. Their parent can guess that there is a matter of high concern.
