Description

Ondavet Spray is an antiemetic formulation for dogs and cats, used to control vomiting, nausea, and other conditions like sleep apnea and pruritus. The active ingredient, Ondansetron, is a serotonin 5HT3 receptor inhibitor that prevents severe vomiting, particularly in pets undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy.   • Composition : Ondansetron Hydrochloride IP (Eq. to Ondansetron 2 mg per spray)

Indications/Uses

  • Controls vomiting and nausea. 
  • Prevents chemotherapy or radiotherapy-induced vomiting. 
  • Helps manage sleep apnea. 
  • Reduces itching in some pets.

Directions for Use

  • Dogs: 0.1 to 1 mg/kg BW once or twice daily.

  • Cats: 0.22 mg/kg BW every 8 to 12 hours.
